When is it free to park downtown in Houston during the week?

I know its free on Sunday, but during what hours is it free to park downton in Houston?

2. On-street meter parking is FREE after 6 pm, Monday-Saturday and all day Sunday. Be sure to always double check though and read the parking signs!!
