Looking for hiring companies in Houston, what is the best way to search for jobs?

I want to move to Houston, but I'm having a hard time searching for a job. My background is in IT, Accounting, Management.

1. Get a copy of the local newspaper, the HOUSTON CHRONICLE: http://www.chron.com/ preferably the Sunday classifieds. That's how I found a lot of my jobs. I live in this dump, why would you want to move here?
