What university course should i choose if i want to do property conveyancing?

Should i take the law route-i.e do Law LLB or is there other alternatives? I saw a course of property with business at Westminister university but i am not sure if this will give me a direct route to the thing i want to do. Any advice? I want to a uni course that is within London etc? please help.And do you have to be a solicitor to do conveyancing?

1. When I bought my house I had to use a conveyancing solicitor. Perhaps you could contact some and ask them what route they took!
2. You definitely need a qualification in Law, and Business Studies would be useful, too.
